This summer, I was introduced to Chad Janeczko through the Director of Operations of my company, Tish Wagnon. I learned that Chad had expertise with plumbing and concrete work.

I needed a difficult concrete repair job performed at my lake house at Lake of the Ozarks, something I had looked at doing for several years but just could not find the right person for the job. So I had Chad take a look at it and with a few minutes of sizing up the job and doing some calculations, he told me it would be a relatively easy repair. I thought you’ve got to be kidding.

So a couple of weeks later he told me he was ready to do the job, that he would bring his right hand man down with him and that he needed two days to do the work. I observed Chad and Ryan working almost non-stop for two days on what turned out to be a very large job (framing, pouring and stamping a new surface for a 20′ by 25′ concrete deck), half of which had water around it, complicating the work. The project turned out beautifully.

I was enormously impressed with Chad’s work ethic and professionalism. He worked fast and smart. His attention to detail was obvious. He took pride in his work. And one of the things I enjoyed most about having him on the job for two days was that he was a pleasure to be around. He had a wonderful laugh and a great sense of humor. And while he was there, he handled a couple of plumbing repairs for me that took him a few minutes that I would have had to hire a professional plumber to do, but then, plumbing work is just another of Chad’s areas of expertise.

Since he completed that work, we have had Chad handle at least two concrete repair jobs for our company and I would expect that he will be doing work for us for a good long time to come. For any concrete or plumbing repairs anyone might have, large (commercial) or small, I highly recommend Chad Janeczko for the job.
